THE women’s curling showdown between Team GB and Italy has been DELAYED because of heavy snow. The Brits arrived at the Cortina Curling Centre late and it resulted in the clash being pushed

Team GB have already exceeded their medal count from the previous Winter Olympics, but those athletes will not receive additional payments for reaching the podium. The British Olympic Association is among several national Olympic committees that do not offer prize money.
